What our patients say about us

Sinead Valente

Absolutely fantastic service at Whitehouse and Sons. They fit me in for a very last minute appointment due to
some swelling around my eye that was worrying me. The examination was thorough and gave me confidence in the outcome.

John Connel

First class experience from start to end. Dare I say pampered? Recommend by a friend who’s been with the company for decades and I can see why. Thoroughly professional staff, knowledgeable and passionate who really cared about the customer.

Anthony Proctor

Had various problems with my eyes lately and have been treated so well by this business who have helped me so much in my efforts to get them resolved. The optician I saw & all the staff were so kind, reassuring & patient with me and so knowledgeable. A highly recommended business

Stefan Axelson

This is the first time I have used Whitehouse & Son and I will definitely be going back again. The time was taken to make sure my prescription right, as well as the choices of lenses I could have. I’d much rather support a local business than a large company.

Sayeda Kermali

A wonderful experience at this opticians. The staff were warm and welcoming, the optometrist was kind, patient, and very thorough, and the modern technology made the visit smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend them.
